OUR MISSION

From Hearts 2 Home is a nonprofit in Gaston County, NC, dedicated to transforming lives. We support underserved seniors, veterans, individuals and families transitioning from homelessness, helping them create a stable, welcoming home.

How It Works: Turning Empty Houses into Homes

Referral from a Trusted Partner

We work exclusively through referrals from our network of trusted community partners. These organizations, like Hope United and Catherine’s House, identify individuals and families transitioning into permanent housing and in need of home furnishings.

A Warm Welcome & Shopping Experience

Once referred, we invite clients to a private, tailored two-hour “shopping” session at our facility. Here, they thoughtfully select furniture and household items that reflect their style and need. Because a house becomes a home when it feels personal.

Delivery & Home Setup

After shopping, our team delivers the chosen pieces directly to the client’s new home and helps set them up. From arranging a couch to placing lamps and décor, we ensure their space is both functional and comforting.
